Domestic Delivery Policy
Delivery processing time
All orders are processed within 2 TO 7 DAYS depending on the available stock/s.
Orders made during Sundays and Holidays will be processed on the following working day and for volume orders (bulk) processing will start on the 3rd day and delivery will be made 4 to 5 days more. An email will be sent to you to update the status of your orders delivery delays may occur.
Delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Dronetomic Inc. will not accept delivery if addresses use are PO Boxes
Delivery confirmation and order tracking
An email will be sent to the registered email address of the customer informing of the tracking and status of orders. Once delivered another email will be sent informing the deliverer of the order of the items arrive at the shipping address
Customs, duties, and taxes
Dronetomic Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after delivery are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Dronetomic Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the Delivery carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Delivery Policy
Dronetomic Inc. will not accept if shipping addresses will be made outside the Philippines.
